All plots are located in Ghana, West Africa, 5 minutes to Kasoa, near Wineba Road in Accra and 30 Minutes from Kaneshie.
The land costs £2,000.00 per plot. This is inclusive of: Land Costs, Surveyor’s Fees, Site Plans, Land Valuation Fees, Lawyer’s Fees, Land Search and Official Court Government Stamp.
